We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team here at Hutchi. In this role you will be proactively managing the creditors ledger of the organisation. Ensuring that invoices follow the correct procedures, are accounted for correctly and managing supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re coded correctly in the system.
Preparing and processing supplier payment runs.
Ownership of the Creditor ledger.
Ensuring invoices flow through the correct approval processes before payment.
Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries.
Supporting the order process with suppliers and purchasing department as needed.
Compiling of month end accruals as required.
Involvement in updating business cashflow model.
Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email
Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures.
Managing supplier account terms and setting up new suppliers.
Maintain vehicle documents and providing support to scheduling department.
Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items.
Carrying out other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Working knowledge of general accounting procedures.
Ability to work meticulously and pay careful attention to detail.
IT literacy, including knowledge of relevant accounting software Sage 50.
Strong organisational skills, as the role typically handles high volumes of invoices.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to others and relay information clearly.
The ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and creditors.
The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
Experience working in a similar role.

The Digital Marketing Executive will establish and enhance the company’s digital brand credibility and awareness to expand our reach with prospects and customers. Main Duties
Increase audience size, engagement and content distribution to promote lead generation, through impactful management of social media platforms across our brands
Increase brand awareness through the targeted management of activities within the approved budgets
Increase website traffic through active website management including updates, email campaigns, and other digitally themed marketing activities
Contribute to and deliver the marketing strategy for digital activities that support departmental objectives and aims to increase company revenue
Content creation to increase the company’s products’ search rankings through case studies, blogs, and thought leadership articles, as well as to develop content for our social channels, website and printed materials for events.
Create and produce digital content, including video and photography, to enhance brand presence across various platforms, such as social media, the company website, and promotional materials
Organise and participate in both in-person and online event
Maintain clear lines of communication with internal sales, projects, and tech development departments to identify exciting new projects that we can maximise for our marketing activities.
Carry out weekly and monthly social reporting and analysis, using these to support a continuous improvement in the quality and performance of our digital activities.
Create regular email campaigns to support our customer communications, and lead generation campaigns.
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
Minimum of 2 years in B2B digital marketing, with proven expertise in social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and strong copywriting abilities.
A creative and innovative mindset with a quick learning ability, and a passion for developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends, with the ability to analyse data and adapt strategies for optimal results.
