Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Scheduling Administrator who can provide administrative support to the scheduling team and various business functions to achieve qualitative and quantitative results.

Responsibilities

  • Timesheet data analysis and processing to meet finance pay period deadlines
  • Booking and admin control of various department travel and accommodation
  • Admin control of all department vehicle fleet
  • Assisting department managers with engineer vehicle stock and tools  
  • Assisting department managers with induction of new field engineers
  • Booking and admin control of field engineer training and qualifications
  • Assisting department managers with uniform procurement and supply

Required

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Analytical
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Sustain a disciplined approach
  • Take ownership of main duties
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Relationship building

Interview plan

  • Available to interview ASAP – ideally Thu Jan 02nd, Fri Jan 03rd or Mon Jan 06th, Tue 07th
  • 1st Interviews = approx.. 45 mins each via teams
  • 2nd Interviews = approx. 60 mins each in office including a practical test
