We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our AV Projects team. The Project Coordinator will triage customer enquiries, resolving or escalating to a Senior Project Manager. Good engagement and communications skills are critical to ensure business deliverables are met.

Main duties

  • Attention to detail
  • Solid organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to sourcing best pricing from suppliers
  • Placing orders and completing purchase order requests (PORs) accurately
  • Updating the Project Book and invoicing customers
  • Tracking and updating order fulfilment, ensuring records are complete and stored
  • Assigning Project Managers accurately against the Project Book
  • Correctly filing all relevant project information
  • Maintaining and updating operational and maintenance manuals
  • Proving administrative support against Risk Assessment and Method Statements
  • Assisting in completing Health and Safety RAMs
  • A point of liaison internally and externally
  • Working closely with our Warehouse on order deliveries
  • Manage long-term stock in storage and regularly update AV Project colleagues
  • Supporting an accurate and consistent approach to Project Management process
  • Programming resources and submitting resource requests in conjunction with AV Project colleagues
  • Proving detailed project information to Engineers, including documentation, drawings, equipment specifications, etc.
  • Communicating with Engineering teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. This should include the delivery of equipment to project sites.


  • UK driving licence
  • Experience working in a similar PM/Administration role
  • Proven commercial acumen

  • Degree or HNC in relevant business subject
  • Experience in a PM/Administration role
  • A general interest in technology
