Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Audio Visual (AV) Projects POR Coordinator with a high level of attention to detail to support our AV Projects team by coordinating and consolidating equipment Purchase Order Requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation of Purchase Order Requests (POR) for AV equipment based on required-by dates from the Master POR Planner.
• Consolidate PORs across AV projects, where possible, to enable purchasing economies.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely nature of POR submission to the Purchasing team to support on-time deliveries to project sites.
• Obtain pre-approval for all PORs from the Purchasing Team.  
• Amend PORs as required by the Purchasing team and return to AV Project Manager(s). 
• Assist with admin by saving pre-approved and approved PORs in the appropriate project folders.
• Develop knowledge of AV equipment, Hutchi suppliers, and lead times.
• Liese closely with the Purchasing team.

Required Skills/Experience

• Experienced in procurement administration.
• Commercially and financially astute. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.  
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus when dealing with large quantities of data. 
• A highly organised, time aware and deadline-driven team player who can work. proactively and collaboratively under pressure and to deadline. 
• Able to prioritise, remain focussed and organise work under pressure and communicate clearly on a range of tasks. 
• Resilient to change, flexible and motivated. 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to learn new processes and software.
• Friendly and collaborative person.
