Are you an organised, tech-savvy coordinator with a passion for supporting project delivery in a dynamic technical environment? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team and help keep projects running smoothly from initiation through to completion.

About the Role

As an AV Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the operational heart of our project delivery team. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll ensure all administrative and logistical aspects of our audio-visual installation projects are professionally handled.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of multiple AV projects, supporting delivery teams with first-class coordination, documentation, and communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project administration using Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and email according to company processes
• Place material and equipment Purchase Order Requests (PORs) after internal authorisation
• Organise deliveries and transfers of equipment to sites on request
• Create RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and O&M manuals as needed
• Submit timely and accurate labour requests based on project needs

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
• Previous experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or engineering environment
• Excellent communication skills—able to share complex information clearly both verbally and in writing
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with project and technical teams
• Highly organised with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Resilient and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Process-driven, professional, and positive in all interactions
• Must hold a clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Interest in AV systems/ technology  projects
• Familiarity with documentation processes related to installation or construction projects
