Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records and HR systems.

Support onboarding and induction of new starters.

Assist with absence tracking, training records, and other HR reporting.

Job Outline:

Clean driving licence valid in the UK and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Holder of recognised project management certification is a bonus.

The role will have you attending our clients based generally up to a 2-hour drive from greater London, including central London. Attending client sites and resolving issues in a timely and neat manner.

Delivering end users training after installation of new devices

Occasionally working on building sites where required to help commission systems.

Requirements
A minimum of three-years’ experience** working predominantly in an AV engineering role (wireless mic systems, basic mixers, zoned mixers, DSPs, amplifiers, public address systems, rack wiring, speakers (LowZ and 100v), TVs, HDMI solutions, projectors, interconnections, wiring, connector cable pin-outs)
We also work in Effect (DMX) Lighting, Data, Telecoms, RF and Access Control fields. The engineer would be happy to develop skills over time in these areas to service our clients.
Previous experience of using problem solving skills to find faults and provide high quality solutions.
Able to read and understand AV system schematics and drawings.
Able to terminate cables to industry standard.
Understand PC based IP networks.
ECS – Electrotechnical Certification Scheme or equivalent
Able to work under pressure to tight timescales.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Presentable in appearance when on site.
