Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, energised Installation Engineers who enjoy providing quality solutions. You will work as part of a mobile team, on a night-time shift pattern, installing structured fibre and copper cabling, wi-fi access points, and high-level bracket mounted IP CCTV cameras. Providing a best-in-class swimming pool safety solution through reliable connectivity, robust infrastructure, and precision installation.
Responsibilities
Installing, building, and upgrading data rack cabinets
Installing copper and fibre structure cabling systems to Industry standard
Installing CCTV systems, including cabling, hardware, monitors, and cameras
Installing wi-fi and network hardware
Evaluating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting systems or installations to identify and rectify any functionality problems or defects
Maintaining, configuring, and repairing systems, hardware, and peripheral devices
Testing systems, identifying issues, and making necessary modifications
Provide onsite customer service and support
Communicate with customers and team colleagues as necessary
Training customer representatives and other users on the system functionality
Installing, building, and upgrading data rack cabinets
Installing copper and fibre structure cabling systems to Industry standard
Installing CCTV systems, including cabling, hardware, monitors, and cameras
Installing wi-fi and network hardware
Evaluating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting systems or installations to identify and rectify any functionality problems or defects
Maintaining, configuring, and repairing systems, hardware, and peripheral devices
Testing systems, identifying issues, and making necessary modifications
Required Qualifications
Relevant Electrical qualification, at least an NVQ Level 3 equivalent
IPAF 3a, 3b & MEWP
City & Guilds Fibre Optic Cabling
ECS card – preferably to Gold level
CSCS card
SMSTS
CNCI certified
Required Skills
Installation of IP CCTV cameras and mounted brackets
Experienced in certified structured data cable installations
Experienced in data rack building, termination, and data rate upgrade/tidying
Experienced working at heights, scaffolding, ladders, automatic lifters
Experience installing sub-bracketing using Channel Support Bracket components and system
Shift working, typically between 20:00 to 06:00
Working as part of 2-person, on-site Installation team
Demonstrable ability to work in an organised and safe manner, maintaining the highest standards when unsupervised
Mobile and flexible to working regionally with occasional cross-regional working
Able swimmer, the role will involve working on platforms erected over swimming pools
UK driving licence
Desirable experience
Familiar with network switching
Familiar with wi-fi technologies and access point installation

Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, energised AV, Access Control and Telecoms Installation Engineers who enjoy providing quality solutions. Reporting to our Project Engineer, you and your colleagues will bring our customers’ vision to life, delivering first-class installation services. You will develop best fit AV, Access Control and Telecoms Installations within gyms, state of the art sport facilities, high end retail stores and luxury leisure and hospitality conference centres.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day delivery of full installation of AV, feature lighting, access control and telecoms technologies.
Ensuring accurate completion and return of AV asset documents upon installation sign off and Field Service records and paperwork for customer service visits
Proactively building close working relationships with your team and customers enabling best service
Timely and accurate reporting and feedback of installation and service work to appropriate parties
Maintaining standards of technical excellence within the department
Undertake in house training and any relevant safety training.
Requirements
Have some experience within an AV, Access Control or Telecoms Installation Engineer role
Hold effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to read and understand AV system schematics
Be computer literate and happy to use a range of apps and software tools
Be prepared and able to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe staying away up to 4 nights at a time.
Have a flexible approach to working hours, and at times work under pressure to tight timescales
Understand IP networks
A clean UK driving license
Knowledge of health and safety
Knowledge of the below is desirable
