We offer ad-hoc support to all of our customers, whichever of our technologies they’ve chosen. And we provide formal, ongoing maintenance contracts tailored specifically for individual clients.
Service & maintenance
While many other suppliers rely on outsourced contractors, Hutchi operates a full, dedicated in-house support team of engineers and managers. Our people know the products, systems and solutions inside out, and in most cases they’ll be familiar with the specific provision for each client and each location.
Our helpdesk can answer most questions, and remotely troubleshoot common errors or glitches. Where a callout is needed, a team of field engineers can be with most of our clients within a few hours.
